Wednesday: 10 am–5 pm
Thursday:  10 am–9 pm
Friday & Saturday: 10 am–5 pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Research Center: Tuesday–Saturday, 10 am–5 pm

Closed December 24, December 25th and January 1st.

Trolley Schedule

September:

Thursdays:  6 p.m.
Saturdays:  1 p.m. & 4 p.m.

October:

Thursdays:  5 p.m.
Saturdays:  1 p.m. & 4 p.m.

Trolley is weather permitting.

Admission

Admission is $5 for adults; $3 for students ages 3-17
Free for children 2 and under
Every Thursday: 5 pm to 9:00 pm ~ Admission is free.  
Trolley rides are $3 per person. Minigolf is $3 per round.

Every Thursday from 5 p.m. to close, admission is free.
Research Center is always free!

Location

Minnesota Discovery Center is three hours north of the Twin Cities and 1.5 hours north of Duluth. Follow Interstate 35 north to Cloquet, follow U.S. Highway 33 to U.S. Highway 53. Take Highway 53 to Virginia, then follow U.S. Highway 169 west to Chisholm.
