Be a part of something and leave a legacy!

Volunteering at Minnesota Discovery Center is fun and rewarding and a great way to help support our mission. Here are some of ways you can get involved:

Demonstrators

Do you have a skill?  Or a deep interest in a hobby or craft? And do you like to share it with people? We are looking for you!

Family Discovery Days

Do you really like being with people of all ages, and especially children? Do you have an interest in teaching and sharing? You're sure to have lots of fun during Family Discovery Day! Volunteers will assist visitors in an activity such as "Guess the Fur" or "Bind a Journal."

Iron Range Science and Engineering Festival

More than 1,000 students will see demonstrations, hear lectures from scientists and professors, and participate in experiments during the Iron Range Science and Engineering Festival. We're looking for adults who wish to participate in this exciting event. See a real space suit!
